With more than 20 years of experience in malacology (the study of snails), Ric Brewer was the former Species Surivval Coordinator for the Association of Zoos & Aquariums’ Partula Snail Breeding program, performed field research in Palau with Diplommatinid snails, and has consulted on other threatened and endangered snail breeding programs. He began Little Gray Farms Escargots a decade ago, breeding and selling escargots to some of the top restaurants and chefs in the country.
